Terms of Service

SecureIDsafe.com ("SecureIDsafe," "we," "us," or "the Service") provides an end-to-end encrypted suite of cloud storage, calendar, contacts and SecureChat built on a zero-knowledge, client-side encryption model. The Service transmits and stores only encrypted ciphertext; SecureIDsafe does not hold the decryption keys for any subscriber content and cannot read, access, or disclose that content.

SecureIDsafe.com does not access, read, disclose, sell, share, or otherwise make use of the content, information, or communications you create, store, send, or file using the Service. Because all such content is encrypted on your device with keys that never leave your custody, SecureIDsafe.com is technically incapable of accessing your content. SecureIDsafe.com makes no claim of ownership over your content and will not use it for any purpose other than storing and transmitting the encrypted ciphertext at your direction.

We will not voluntarily disclose your content to any third party, and where disclosure of ciphertext is compelled by law we will limit our production to the unreadable encrypted data we hold.

You bear no liability or responsibility to SecureIDsafe.com, or to any party it indemnifies under Section 4 below, for the content, information, or communications you create, store, send, or file using the Service. SecureIDsafe.com does not monitor, review, or approve subscriber content, has no ability to do so, and assumes no responsibility for its nature, accuracy, legality, or effect. You retain all rights in your content.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict any statutory consumer rights you may have that cannot be waived under applicable law.

SecureIDsafe.com agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless — to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law — the website, its hosting and infrastructure providers, its payment processing providers, and any other entity connected to or supporting the website and SecureIDsafe.com (collectively, the "Indemnified Parties"), from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:

• The content, information, or communications created, stored, sent, or filed by any end user of the Service;
• Any allegation that such content infringes the rights of any third party;
• SecureIDsafe.com's operation, hosting, or payment processing of the Service; and
• Any breach by SecureIDsafe.com of its obligations or representations under these Terms.

This indemnification expressly applies notwithstanding the fact that SecureIDsafe.com cannot access or control subscriber content due to its zero-knowledge architecture. SecureIDsafe.com assumes this obligation so that the Indemnified Parties are not required to bear liability for subscriber content they cannot access, read, or control.

You acknowledge and agree that recovery of your account is governed exclusively by your 24-word seed phrase, which is generated on your device and never transmitted to or stored by SecureIDsafe.com. You bear sole responsibility for the safekeeping of your seed phrase. SecureIDsafe.com cannot reset, regenerate, or otherwise recover your access if your seed phrase is lost, and is not liable for any loss of access or data resulting from a lost or compromised seed phrase.

This non-bypassable recovery model is a material term of the Service. By completing enrolment you confirm you have read and understood the Security FAQ and the irreversible consequences of losing your seed phrase.

Paid access is provided through subscription tiers. Billing is processed by our third-party payment provider. Subscription fees, billing cycles, and tier features are displayed at enrolment. Your subscription continues until cancelled or until it expires at the end of the paid billing cycle. Refund eligibility is governed by the policies of the payment provider and applicable consumer law; where a refund is owed, SecureIDsafe.com will cooperate with the payment provider to facilitate it.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Because SecureIDsafe.com cannot access or decrypt your content, we cannot guarantee that lost seed phrases, user-side errors, or circumstances beyond our control will not result in permanent inaccessibility of your content. You acknowledge that the non-bypassable recovery model means SecureIDsafe.com has no technical means to restore access you have lost.

You agree not to use the Service to transmit malware, attempt to disrupt its infrastructure, circumvent its security, or resell access without authorization. Because SecureIDsafe.com cannot monitor your content, enforcement of acceptable use is limited to observable infrastructure abuse, not to content we cannot read.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SecureIDsafe.com's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid to SecureIDsafe.com in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. In no event is SecureIDsafe.com liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of content that arises from circumstances — including a lost seed phrase — outside SecureIDsafe.com's technical control.

You may close your account at any time from the command center, which triggers permanent deletion of your encrypted content. SecureIDsafe.com may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, observable infrastructure abuse, or legal compliance, without accessing your content.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to the email address on your account. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
